Transaction monitoring provides you with user information about visitors connecting to your main domain.
Based on the information provided, you can monitor the overall status of service delivery in addition to traffic control.
- The data output from the monitoring screen is collected regardless of project and segment activation.
Screen Configuration
- Realtime Dashboard : Display load, load time (s), error data collected in last 5 mins.
- Daily Dashboard : Display today load and user visit count.
- Data is collected by every hour.
- ex) If the current time is 19:15, the data aggregated until 18:59:59 will be displayed as data for 18:00.
- World map : Display the aggregated data in the map. Visualize load and load time occured in each country.
- Share : Display the End User information that contains user experiences like browser / operating system.
- Metrics : Display traffic data including host, path, load, load time, and category in the table.
- The collected data can be viewed by querying on a per-path basis.
- You can export the data in table as a csv file.
- For each field in the table, you can sort in descending or ascending order.
Data Components
Load Count
- Shows the number of calls in the last 5 minutes to the linked main domain.
- Call types: page load, number of asynchronous (XHR) requests
- Counts the number of calls sent to Netfunnel for actions that occurred within the main domain.
- The number of inbound calls may vary depending on your environment.
Load Time (s)
- Shows the average response time of the aggregated call history.
Shows how long it takes for a call to be answered within the service.
Errors
- Displays the number of errors that occurred within the integrated service.
- Errors counted are those that occur on the visitor and service provider side (due to device, network environment, etc.), not Netfunnel service failures.
Today Loads
- Shows the aggregated number of calls that occur on a daily basis.
- Data is collected on an hourly basis.
Visitors Today
- Shows the aggregated number of visitors to the service on a daily basis.
Share
- Shows the user experience of the aggregated number of views.
- Share looks at browser and OS type.
Metrics
- Collects and provides key information about the data sources being collected.
- Host: Shows the website domain from which the traffic originated.
- It collects and displays all traffic data coming from URLs that fall under the main domain, even if the default / zone control segment is not applied.
- Path: Displays the path argument appended to the host domain.
- Calls / Response Time: Displays the number of calls and response time (unit: ms) for each URL.
- Category: Displays the delivery method of the calls originating from each URL.
- Netfunnel collects calls that originate from browser / Ajax.
- Host: Shows the website domain from which the traffic originated.
