Organizations

You can invite and manage members from the Manage Organization menu.

You can grant permissions to members by service, and information about product-specific permissions can be found in the links below.

Invite a member

The features for inviting members and managing organizations are only available to OWNER accounts.

Click the 'Invite' button to open the Invite window, where you can invite users to manage the service with you.

1. Type the email of the user you want to invite in the Email field.
2. Select a service to share.
   • If you select a service, you must also select a permission setting.
   • If you invite with the 'Unchecked' option, the user will be restricted in their actions after logging in until they are assigned a service.
3. Click the 'Invite' button to send an invitation email to the users you want to invite.
   • The invited user will receive an invitation email in their mailbox to join the service.

Organization Settings

You can rename the organization or transfer the OWNER permission to another member.

Rename the organization

Click the 'Edit Organization Name' button to rename.

Tranfer the OWNER permission

Please submit the request ticket in the console to transfer the permission.

Click the 'Ownership Transfer' button in the menu.

Enter the title such as "Transfer Request" or "Transfer of Ownership".

And enter the description which account will be the next OWNER in the organization and any request regarding the organization.
