To use the services provided by Surffy, you need to subscribe to a paid plan.
How to register and manage your payment method for a paid plan subscription is explained in the article below.
Add a new payment method
You must register a credit card to use the service.
Only OWNER accounts can register a payment method.
How to register a new payment method
- Press the 'Add a new card' button to register a payment method.
- You may register up to five payment methods.
- Enter the credit card number you wish to add.
- You can only add a credit card as a payment method (you cannot add a debit card).
- You will not be able to register your card as a payment method if it has less than 6 months remaining on its validity.
- Enter the cardholder's expiration date, CVC, and date of birth.
- Enter the country, address and postal code.
- If the card is in the name of a legal entity, enter the business registration number.
- Click the 'Register' button to save your payment method.
Payment method Management
Edit the payment method
- If the information on the card you have created has changed, click the 'Edit' button to update the information.
- When you click the Edit button, the Payment Method Creation window will appear on the right and you can edit the information you entered.
- After you have finished entering the information, click the 'Confirm' button to save it.
Remove the payment method
- To delete your registered card information, press the option button for the card you want to delete and select 'Delete'.
- If this is the payment method used to subscribe to a plan, it cannot be deleted.
- Please switch to another payment method and proceed with the delete process.
- Deleted card information is not recoverable.
- If you are re-registering the same card, please register it as a new payment method.
- Press the 'Delete' button to delete the card information.
