The Traffic Control screen allows you to create 'segments' to set up base control, path control, and monitor traffic status in real time via dashboards, status by segment, and more.
Base Control and Path Control offer the same screen configuration.
Default View
Default View is a screen type that displays information that allows you to see detailed settings at a glance, giving you the flexibility to respond to immediate environmental changes. If a major event occurs in your live environment, it's easy to see the information you need to control traffic in real time.
Components
Sidebar : Allows to move the other menus in the console.
- Project key: The project key, for example service_76, is displayed at the top. Utilize the project key to control traffic through API integration.
Control highlights : Key traffic control values within the project are on display. (Basic, Path)
- Access mode : Displays the access mode of the project.
- Total Entry Requests : Displays the number of entry requests seen in the project.
- Max. Wait Time (s) : Displays the maximum value of wait time detected in the project.
- Max. Queue : Displays the maximum value of waitlist that have occurred in the project.
- Max. Process Time (s) : Displays the maximum value of the processing time of the entry requests processed in the project.
- Current Time : Displays the current time in UTC as set by the user.
Dashboard : Traffic status with visualization is displayed.
- Entry Requests : Displays the service entry status in seconds per segment.
- Process Time (s) : Displays the time taken to enter the service after waiting, in seconds per segment.
- Outflow Rate (%) : Displays the processing completion rate in seconds from wait to service entry by segment.
Segment : To set the Waiting / Blocking room, create and manage the segment.
- Segment Name : The name of the segment you have set is displayed.
- You can toggle visibility on the dashboard by clicking the graph icon next to the segment name.
- Segment Key : Displays the segment key for each segment. Use the key for traffic management with API integration.
- Segment Status : Displays the operation status and processing time for each segment.
- The operation status is displayed as Stable / Medium / Delayed.
- Entry Requests : Displays the number of visitors currently entering the service.
- Queue : Displays the number of visitors waiting to enter the service.
- Wait Time (s) : Displays the time it takes to complete waiting and entering the service.
- Inflow : Displays the number of visitors who have completed their wait and started entering by visiting the site.
- Limited Inflow : Displays the entry allowance set for each segment.
- Limited Inflow is the maximum number of concurrent visitors to a service page that you set.
- Current Users Rate : The number of visitors who have successfully entered your site.
- It is counted as +1 when a visitor is allowed to access the site and -1 when the visitor confirms that the access was successful.
- Displays also the ratio of the number of current users to the number of allowed entries.
- Outflow Rate : Shows the percentage of users who have successfully visited the service and are out of traffic control.
- Process Time (s) : Displays the average time taken to complete processing.
- Add a new segment : Allows you to create a new segment. Click the '+ Add' button.
- Settings and Remove the segment
- Click the 'Settings' button to modify.
- Click the 'Trash icon' to remove the segment.
Classic View
Classic View is a monitoring screen that focuses on displaying key information with animations to provide an intuitive view of traffic control status for 24/7 monitoring.
Components
Segment : Support traffic status monitoring with animated design.
- Classic view provides the same information as Default view.
- Place the mouse pointer on each value in the segment screen to find out the status.
